Reimaging First-gen Surface Hub with Surface Hub Recovery Tool (SHRT)

First-gen Microsoft Surface Hubs require you to pull the SSD out the back and reimage the disk on your PC with a SATA to USB adaptor in order to run recovery. The utility requires the SSD to be enumerated as a Lite-On drive, otherwise the tool will sit there doing nothing.
